Transport the cake on the floorboard of the vehicle (passenger side), pull the seat forward so the cake box is snug. When carrying, hold the box with both hands at the base. Make sure the AC is running in your car.

Store the cake/desserts in the fridge if you’re not going to enjoy it for some time. Cakes should be kept in the box and cut cakes should also be wrapped in plastic or placed in a container to retain freshness and preserve flavor.

Take the cake/dessert out of the fridge to rest at room temperature for at least 1-2 hrs before enjoying. This will allow for the dessert to soften for the best texture and bite.
