1) Pick your cake layer type and flavor:

Signature American Cake Flavors: vanilla, vanilla orange, almond, dark chocolate, chocolate almond, coffee, confetti, red velvet, earl grey, pandan.

Signature cakes are moist and rich with a soft, fluffy texture.

or

Vietnamese Sponge Cake Flavors: vanilla, vanilla orange, almond, earl grey, jasmine tea, thai tea, pandan, chocolate, coffee, ube, matcha, hojicha (roasted green tea).

Vietnamese Sponge Cakes are airy, light and soft, and are less sweet than American cakes- similar to Asian bakery style cakes.

2) Pick your fillings, frostings, and textures:

Fillings: lemon curd, raspberry preserves, strawberry compote, blueberry compote, vanilla bean pastry cream/custard, salted caramel, chocolate ganache, matcha ganache, cream cheese, fresh fruit (subject to availability).

Texture/Crunch: butter cookie crumble, chocolate crisps, strawberry crunch, toasted coconut.

Buttercream* (can also be a filling): coffee, vanilla, chocolate, almond, strawberry, peanut butter, cookie butter, salted caramel, matcha, hojicha (roasted green tea), chocolate hazelnut, pistachio, coconut.

*Unless specially requested, all cakes are brushed with simple syrup to ensure freshness and are covered in a Italian Meringue Buttercream or French Buttercream.
